THE ARREST OF POPULAR MONOLOGUE SHOW IS A PROXY WAR BETWEEN PRESIDENT KOROMA AND VICE PRESIDENT SAM SUMANA.

BLOODY ERNEST BAI KOROMA.
After the arrest of popular monolgue talk show host David Tam Bayoh, lot of people are begging for his release but I wonder if that is the right approach for justice and a good precedence for the judicial system Sierra Leone is building, when we have  lot of people in prison for lesser crimes than those Tam-Bayoh are accused of, subject to trial and conviction.
First I will state here the arrest of Tam-Bayoh is illegal and the segment of the show that is the bases of his arrest does not justify in anyway shape or form of inciting violence, his detention is pure political and he should be released or the government are the one's who are inciting  violence. Tam-Bayoh and his civil right has been violated by the government of Sierra Leone for merely putting the vice president on his show who is been marginalized by the President and his APC party that is the only sin Tam-Bayoh committed.
The APC party and the president sidelined vice president Sam Sumana far too long, I even one time asked if we have a vice president, on many occasions the president is been deputized but not by his vice. This is a concocted effort by the President and his inner circle to deny any credibility to his vice and to stop him from seeking the leadership position of their party. A discussion with one APC strong man from the east end of Freetown, one day before the arrest of Tam-Bayoh led me to believe this arrest was plotted days in advance  before the monologue show, as soon the government get the wind of his scheduled interview, they start to hatch a plan for the arrest, in our discussion he was confidence about his knowledge how the APC operate and what they capable of doing, he runs an education center in Freetown and a big wig in the party.

A TELLING PICTURE OF FRENEMIES.
If  David Tam-Bayoh break any laws he should bear the consequence of his actions but he should not be used as a pawn for APC fight over  power, and I feel greatly those who are accusing him of crossing the line of justice and begging for his release as hypocrites, Philip Neville the owner of star radio condemning Tam-Bayoh and pleading for his release is utter nonsense,he should advocate for justice instead, anyone who care about Tam-Bayoh,Sierra Leone, human right and the rule of law should ask the government to take care of him while in custody but the justice system should take it course as stated in the constitution. Sierra Leone laws should be upheld justly  no matter who is on the receiving end, bond should be accorded to anyone who is not a flight risk, medical care should be paramount in detention and the justice system should do it duty before a presidential pardon is granted. Sierra Leone should not use Kangaroo court to detain or release anyone, the president  have powers to release but it is after a verdict.
