EVIL TRIUMPHS WHEN GOOD PEOPLE DO NOTHING.

ONE COUNTRY.
       There is no way we will ever accept an SLPP victory.We will protest,and we intend to protest violently,nothing will stop us protesting violently except an announcement that the APC has won the elections.If we don't get this result it means the elections was rigged and we are going to cause havoc in this country.These are words of the opposition leader Ernest Bai Koroma on June 13th,2007 in an interview before the first round elections.At the time the peace was so fragile but that does not deter Mr.Koroma and his party from such words.But to his credit he got his way and some ballots were disqualified that ultimately give him the presidency.

        Due to ballot stuffing's,over voting,host of other election malpractices and possible election fraud by some NEC members and the ruling party APC members on November 17th,the SLPP, Maada Bio  and all peaceful Sierra Leoneans are demanding fairness and the counting of legitimate votes that will not taint the outcome of the peaceful election that the whole world is talking about.i see know reason why any Sierra Leonean should oppose the scrutiny of allege over voting in some areas or any other election malpractices and possible election fraud,if they love democracy or care for the democratic process other than selfishness.Democracy is not only about voting but is making sure legitimate votes were cast.If it is otherwise there is no need for voter registrations and identity cards to make sure it is the right person who is on the voter list.I did support Ernest Koroma and the APC  in their quest to make sure it is only legitimate votes were counted then and i support Maada Bio and the SLPP to make sure it is only legitimate votes are counted now.
         Whilst the NEC is doing their job and warning all Sierra Leoneans to refrain from anything that will jeopardise the integrity of the outcome of the elections which they only have the authority to call,certain people who have political clout are out there calling  results and declaring the ruling APC as the winner and there will be no runoff,which is dangerous and is not healthy for the country at this time,when all stakeholders are appealing for calm and patient for the election result.
         In the end the Sierra Leonean people went out in Numbers peacefully and cast their ballots for different political parties,they deserve respect and fair result that is not tainted.Any party have the right to make sure only legitimate votes are counted and 2007 should be precedent in Sierra Leone.EVIL TRIUMPHS WHEN GOOD PEOPLE DO NOTHING.

A LETTER TO THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE AND THE SECURITY FORCES IN SIERRA LEONE.

                                                           IG Francis Munu.  DEAR ALL,              I want to  pen this short note just to remind all that this election in Sierra Leone slated for  this November seventeen is one of the most focus on election it is highly on the radder of the international community,not only because they invested a lot but the nature how the last presidential election was conducted and how the then ruling SLPP government handed power after it was defeated by the then opposition APC party which brought President Ernest Koroma to power.The transition was peaceful unlike other neighbouring countries which resulted in the loss of lives and properties.              I want to remind IG Francis Munu and the security forces that their institution is to serve the people of Sierra Leone according to the laws of the land and nothing else.A president can appoint an Inspector General of police but that does not change the laws of country and lets  not forget
