After the arrest of popular monolgue talk show host David Tam Bayoh, lot of people are begging for his release but I wonder if that is the right approach for justice and a good precedence for the judicial system Sierra Leone is building,when we have  lot of people in prison for lesser crimes than those Tam-Bayoh are accused of, subject to trial and conviction. First I will state here the arrest of Tam-Bayoh is illegal and the segment of the show that is the bases of his arrest does not justify in anyway shape or form of inciting violence,his detention is pure political and he should be released or the government are the one's who are inciting  violence. Tam-Bayoh and his civil right has been violated by the government of Sierra Leone for merely putting the vice president on his show who is been marginalized by the President and his APC party that is the only sin Tam-Bayoh committed.
